Our founder, Gabi, drew this self-portrait in a time of stress without the thought that it would ever end up on a book cover. That was until an editor from Grid Books reached out to suggest it for a collection of poems by Karen Whalley. This portrait also became part of the collection at a gallery in San Francisco before selling to a home in Texas.
